Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to any purchase made through www.aimeefeenanauthor.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Aimée Paes, trading as Aimée Feenan: Author/Little Sloth Publishing (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on this Website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Our Products
We sell books and related items. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, small variations in colour or design may occur. All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you and offer a full refund or an alternative.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT (if applicable). Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept payments via Wix Payments, which securely processes debit and credit card transactions. You confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have permission to use it. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. A contract between you and us is formed only once your payment has been processed and your order has been dispatched. If there is a problem with your order (e.g. payment not received, stock unavailable, or delivery issues), we will contact you promptly.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail (or another suitable carrier). Delivery times are estimates only, but we aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days of your order. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect details.
6. Returns and Refunds
We hope you love your purchase! However, if you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it at aimee@aimeefeenanauthor.com. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for any reason.
To return an item:

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Once the item has been received and checked, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
Faulty or damaged items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email a photo of the issue to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
7. Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at aimee@aimeefeenanauthor.com, and we’ll cancel and refund your order in full. Once an order has been dispatched, you’ll need to follow the returns process outlined above.
8. Ownership and Risk
Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses (as our products are for personal use only). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
